December Daily 2011

I decided to do a December Daily this year and these are some of the pages so far.  Hope you all had a beautiful christmas and enjoy a memorable 2012 with lots of scrappiness.  x

Celebrate Love

This LO is of my eldest son's wedding at which my youngest daughter was the flower girl.  I just love the mutual love they have for one another and it really shows in this pic.  I had trouble taking a decent photo with my not so trusty camera!!  TFL and have a wonderful weekend.  x

OUR NEW PUP - HARLEY

Hereare some pics of our new pup - Harley.  We got to choose him today!!  He is totally adorable and we get to bring him home in 2-3 weeks.  x

Spread your wings

This LO I did as a sample for the November sketch challenge over at The Boxx.  The pics are of my youngest daughter at my eldest son's wedding.  She was the most gorgeous little flower girl.  The pics were taken in the most beautiful botanical gardens where the ceremony took place.  I have used mostly Bo Bunny Gabrielle pps.  TFL.  x

MINI CANVAS

This little butterfly canvas I made for my friend who is leaving tomorrow for 5 weeks of radiation therapy.  I have done up a little gift for each of the 5 weeks she will be away.  She is one of the bravest people I know.  There is ribbon around the edge with the words - live long - laugh often - love much stamped on it.  x

Homemade Pizza

This is my entry for the fortnightly challenge on The Boxx.  The LO is of my eldest and youngest making their famous pizzas.  The pizza in the 'pizza box' is actually the pizza they made.  You had to include a vintage item and the green button is from my button collection my Grandmother gave me years ago.

A LO of my youngest at  school for a  Dr. Suess dress up day.  I actually cooked the green eggs for the kids!

A LO of my second eldest son Jamie.  He was always catching lizards, making little "farms" for them and even took one to school for a Pet Parade!

My eldest DS the nature loving boy always found some new little "creature" to play with!  He said if you stroked the yabbies along their backs they would be hypnotised.

A quick card I made for my mum who is in hospital at present.  Hope it cheers her up.

ALWAYS LAUGH

This is a mini canvas I made for my dear friend who is battling breast cancer.  We often call each other "bush pigs" when we indulge!!  Hence I made her little piggy cupcakes.  The pig on the tree is actually one of the cakes.  The tag on the other side contains hidden journalling about our friendship.

This LO is of my daughters with my eldest daughter's bunny "pinchy" (the real white rabbit!!  LOL).

Yay finally some scrapping time!  This LO is Alana going to a 'Alice in Wonderland' birthday party....I was so proud of her as most girls went as Alice and she chose the White Rabbit.

A gift bag and card for a friend

The gift bag I scrapped for my dear friend who has breast cancer.  I filled it with chocolates, a little bottle of champagne and a gorgeous little soft toy all the things we love!!   The card I made for a girl at work who is leaving this week.

Sam & me

These photos were taken a few weeks before we lost our beloved Sammy.  As the journalling says Alana wanted to teach him to fetch.  Poor old Sam tried so hard!! TFL

Together

This LO is created from a kit that I have had for awhile. (one of Ebony Vanderstarre's, who is an amazing inspirational scrapper). We had to put down our beloved doggy Sam just over 4 weeks ago.  The photo is of my eldest son and his wife and I just love the way my DS's hand is just touching Sam.
